Install Firebase CLI: npm install -g firebase-tools
Login to Firebase: firebase login
Initialize Firebase in your project root: firebase init hosting

- Set your public directory to: out (for static export) or keep default for SSR.
- Configure as a single-page app: Choose 'Yes' if applicable (usually for React/Next static exports).
- Skip automatic builds and deploys if prompted, unless configured.
Build your Next.js app: npm run build (or npm run build:static if using static export)
Deploy: firebase deploy --only hosting
